We have a New York State certified Notary on staff during all business hours (both Henry and Bud are notaries), with rare exceptions. No appointment is necessary. 

Bring your drivers license, passport or other government-issued ID to verify who you are. Please do not ask us to notarize a document with someone else's signature; that is expressly forbidden under state law. As notaries, we are not allowed to provide any legal advice as to what is required or allowed in relation to any documents presented.

If your document requires witnesses as well as the Notary, we often have several employees who can witness a signature, but you should call in advance to check.

Our Notary fee is $2.00 per signature, as specified in NY State law.
